26/06/09- About time!!

      I thought it was about time we added a slightly diifferent social dimension to Gillingham Town Cricket Club other that the usual friday night gathering at the pub so here we are!! Hopefully this will be of interest to our members & many supporters!!!! (ok- our one supporter- Dunk our beer monster!!) I will continue to work here when i get a few minutes & anything worthwhile adding crops up. Photos & a few fun things are to follow soon. From now on, any bad behaviour towards me could end up in public humiliation- you have been warned!!

28/06/09- Presentation Evening

      Something for the diary- presentation night is being held on Saturday 10th October at the Olive Bowl starting at 7.30pm. Menu's to follow later in the season.... cider for starter please....

30/06/09- Commitee Meeting

      Julys' commitee meeting will be this sunday (05/07/09) at the Football Club once the game against Sherborne has been concluded. If any of you have photo's or anything to add to the site could you please bring it with you.

05/11/10- 2010 Presentation Evening Menu

      The menu for the presentation evening has now been confirmed. Just to remind you all that it has been arranged on Saturday 20th November at the Olive Bowl meeting at 7pm for a 7.30pm meal start time. This year there is also going to be a Sports Memorbilia Auction afterwards to help raise funds for the club starting approximately at 9pm. I have listed the items below so if you are unable to attend the evening itself but are interested in bidding on or wish to make further enquiry contact Rob Hookins direct on 01258 473079.

The menu is as followed:

            Main Course: Roast Beef/Turkey Carvery With all trimmings &  Seasonal Vegetables 

            Desserts: Apple & Blackberry Crumble & Custard

                        Or: Chocolate Gooey Roll

                        Or: Fresh Fruit Salad

                        Or: Cheese & Biscuits

                                     Coffee after if required

      The price is £15 per head and either you can contact Rob Hookins with your choice or your captains will contact you. Dont forget to bring an extra few quid to buy me a beer!!!!
